Freddy is a former Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he played a key role as an interviewer for three core recruiting teams. In addition, Freddy served as faculty for training early-stage consultants, having coached and trained 100+ new McKinsey consultants. As an Engagement Manager, he honed his expertise in coaching both team members and clients, building a strong foundation in mentorship and professional development.

Marica combines top-tier strategy consulting experience from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with a robust scientific background, including a PhD in Medical Science.

She leverages her unique scientific expertise to support non-business PhD holders among our mentees, helping them navigate the specific challenges they face while developing their case-solving skills. Chris is a former McKinsey consultant based in North America, where he gained invaluable experience in strategy consulting. At The MBB Offer Machine™, Chris plays a dual role: he operationally directs the development of content that has helped hundreds of candidates secure offers at top consulting firms, and he actively coaches clients to become "offer-ready" across all critical dimensions.
In addition, Chris leads our knowledge codification agenda, ensuring that our insights and methodologies remain cutting-edge. His efforts are instrumental in maintaining the continued thought-leadership and results-driven success of The MBB Offer Machine™.
Marzena Tomalka-Mośko
Application Support Specialist & Client Success Manager
Marzena is a former Recruiting Specialist at McKinsey, where she managed numerous recruiting projects across Europe. She served as the primary point of contact for the Firm’s global internal interviewer training program and played a pivotal role in the development of the McKinsey Problem Solving Game (PSG) / McKinsey Solve Game.
After an impressive 7-year tenure at McKinsey, Marzena joined The MBB Offer Machine™. Here, she provides comprehensive and continuous guidance to clients across all aspects of their consulting application journey, ensuring they are well-prepared to successfully navigate the selective recruitment process at McKinsey, Bain, and BCG.
